Lukas is a well-known character in London bar scene thanks to his unique style of work and approach. As well as being the winner of many prestigious competitions. He gained his experience while working in the places like The Grove Hotel, The Ritz Hotel, The Lanesborough Hotel, 5 Hertford Street Members Club and many other high-end establishments in London and Dubai. As a consultant he has run projects in many places including New York, Bahamas, Mauritius, Dubai, Maldives, Monaco, Paris and Berlin. Lukas is not afraid of strong and bold decision, you could say he likes to "shake things up"

Patryk Stafin

Patryk with over 15 years of experience in the kitchen, always seeking for perfection and paying attention to detail to his creations. He believes creativity and progress means never standing still. Patryk learned his craft at professional college progressing to working with the best chefs in places like The Grove Hotel, Madinat Jumeirah Hotel, Mint Hotel, The Anchor in Hullbridge, Hotel Skt. Petri and Restaurant 108. Patryk always believes team work is what makes you strive. His self motivation and drive comes from a saying "if you really want it you're the only person that can get it".

Kris Jadach

Kris is a passionate consultant with almost 14 years of experience, mentoring bartenders, managers, and On-Trade customers across UK and Ireland. Award winning bartender. He has consulted for high end restaurants, bars, clubs, and hotels. With his experience, Kris was continuously involved in an array of creativity in food and beverage creation, hospitality-concept, innovation, and trends. His work aim is to increase guests experience and he is doing so since the beginning of his career. He is a great host and one of a kind conversation company when he has whisky in a glass.
